Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Indian Dropships, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and partial payment terms are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
The product received is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The return request must be raised within the specified timeframe
Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) is required

2. Return Timeframe

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product
Requests made after this period may not be accepted

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Email us at indiandropshipp@gmail.com within the return timeframe
Include your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions

4. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return is approved and the item is inspected, we will initiate the refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
Banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Products with missing parts or altered packaging
Personal care/hygiene products (if applicable)
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

8. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Indian Dropships will bear the return shipping cost
For other approved returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

Customers may be required to confirm the order via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
Orders that are not confirmed may be automatically cancelled

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

10. Partial Payment (COD Confirmation) Policy

To ensure genuine orders and reduce cancellations, Indian Dropships may require a partial advance payment (e.g., 10%) for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

This amount is collected as an order confirmation fee
The remaining amount is payable at the time of delivery

Refund Conditions for Partial Payment:

If the customer accepts the order, the advance amount is adjusted in the total order value
If the customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason, the advance amount will NOT be refunded

This includes cases such as:

Customer not available at the time of delivery
Customer not responding to calls/messages
Providing incorrect or incomplete address
Refusing the order at delivery without valid justification

11. Prepaid Orders (Full Payment)

If a customer has made full online payment and is unable to accept the order due to a valid reason, they are eligible for a refund
Refund will be processed after order verification and courier confirmation
